Baby Yoga is a mix of soft stretching and gentle movements to make it appropriate for babies.
It is both fun and rewarding for both carer and baby using song and play to keep them engaged.
Some of the benefits include increase self esteem, sense of love and acceptance, promotes bonding, relaxation and quality time. It strengthens bodily systems, muscle tone co-ordination, stimulates circulation and can improves sleep pattern.
The course with Bumps to Bambinos will run for 4 weeks. Each week we will go through breathing techniques, a series of strengthening and stretching postures and relaxation ( Shavasana).
we will finish with a chat, hot drink & biscuits giving parents the chance to connect. (This is optional)
The session will last around 50 mins.
Suitable for babies 12 weeks (from due date) until crawling.
Please bring a hand towel.
